Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your game! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging, components, and shrink-wrap intact for a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable)
  • We do not accept returns of opened board games unless they are defective (e.g., missing pieces, damaged components, manufacturing errors, or arrive damaged)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your game arrives damaged (e.g., crushed box during shipping) or is defective (missing pieces, manufacturing errors), please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage/issue and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to My Account → Orders, find your order, and click the refund/return request button
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your request (you can add photos or notes)
  4. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days
  5. You must ship back approved returns within 14 days of approval using a trackable method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened games (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items (if any)
  • Digital products/downloads (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns
